Development of educational and scientific
initiatives for Schools and Universities.
This action, dealt with by the Tridentine Natural Science
Museum in Trento, regards the creation of a package of educational
offers made up of modules about naturalistic themes both for
students and teachers, the setting up of a scientific laboratory
near the Lake Tovel, and the planning of a Summer School for
University students which will open in the Summer 2003.
Expected results

Producing packages
of touristic offer with scientific naturalistic contents,
directed to Schools and Universities. |

Creation of
synergy links (with the Natural Science Museum in Trento, for
instance) to complete the didactic offer. |

Training a group of experts,
who will work both in the organization and management of the
offer directed to the school world, and in the planning of
didactic modules. |

Title: The results of the formation course for didactic operators
On 4th October the formation course ended, organised by the Tridentino Museum of Natural Sciencein the sphere of the Life Tovel project, for 21 didactic operators origninating from the Valle di Non and from Val Rendena. The activity was centred under the care of the Tridentino Museum of Natural Science, profoundly favouring the richness of the natural and didactic area of the Adamello Brenta Natural Park in general and in particular, confronting themes regarding geology, botany, zoology of vertebrates, hydrobiology and limnology, always bringing examples of communication adn didactics. At the end of the course, which lasted two weeks fulltime, a simulated group was conducted (one elementary class and one media class from the Comprehensive Institute of Tuenno) using the dynamics and terms of the course allowing the intervention of ulterior developments of this initiative and also internal intervention of other activities of the world of the school and didactic tourism for the Life Tovel project.
